- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After the product enters processing or production, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Customized Orders
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be sent to the original payment method

All products purchased from Metartify come with a 7-day guarantee covering:
- Manufacturing defects

- Incorrect product delivered

The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper installation
- Normal wear & tear
- Damage caused by water, fire, accidents, or misuse
- Self-modified or altered items
